• Prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Sports World SA reserves the right to correct pricing errors and cancel any orders placed at an incorrect price.
• Product availability is not guaranteed. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and offer a refund or alternative.
• Bundle deals and promotional pricing are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

• An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs only when the order is dispatched.
• Sports World SA reserves the right to reject or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or payment failure.
• Accepted payment methods include Mada, Visa, Mastercard, STC Pay, Tabby (Buy Now Pay Later), and Tamara (Buy Now Pay Later).
• For BNPL payments (Tabby / Tamara), all installment obligations are governed by the respective provider's terms.
• Full payment must be confirmed before orders are dispatched.

• Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by logistics providers, customs, or force majeure events are beyond our control.
• Free delivery applies to orders above SAR 500 within Saudi Arabia. Remote areas may incur additional charges.
• The customer is responsible for ensuring that access to the delivery location is adequate for large equipment.
• Installation services, where offered, are subject to a separate agreement and scheduling availability.
• Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery confirmation.

Returns and replacements are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Warranty coverage is governed by our Warranty Policy. Both documents form part of these Terms & Conditions and are incorporated by reference.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and design elements — is the exclusive property of Sports World SA or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent.

• Sports World SA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
