RETURN & REFUND POLICY
⚠️ The customer must retain the signed delivery receipt after confirming the product has no defects upon receipt. This receipt is required for all return and replacement requests.
Eligibility for Return or Replacement
- The product has not been used or benefited from in any way.
- The product was not damaged or defective after receipt from the shipping company.
- Original packaging is fully intact and no accessories are missing.
- The customer retains the original sales invoice and presents it to the shipping company or at our showroom.
- The product has a manufacturing defect that cannot be fully repaired.
- Custom-built, modified, or specially configured products can only be returned if they do not match the agreed specifications or have a manufacturing defect.
Returns Due to Product Fault
- The product does not match the specifications advertised on our store.
- The product was received with a defect or fault attributable to the product itself — not caused by customer mishandling — and the defect cannot be fully repaired.
Non-Returnable Cases
- Return or replacement request submitted more than 7 days after the delivery date.
- Products that have been used, installed, damaged, or are not in the same condition as received.
- Products with missing accessories or components.
- Products that have been installed at the customer's premises and cannot be restored to their original pre-sale condition.
Shipping Costs — Product Fault
If the return or replacement is due to a defect in the product, Sports World SA will inspect the item. If the defect is confirmed to be a product fault, Sports World SA will cover all shipping, return, and replacement costs.
Shipping Costs — Customer Request
If the return or replacement is requested for a reason attributable to the customer and not a product defect, the customer is responsible for all shipping, return, and replacement costs.
Refund Timeline
Once a return request is approved, Sports World SA will refund the product amount to the customer within 7 business days from the date of approval.
Exchange Price Difference
When an exchange is approved, any price difference between the original and replacement product will be handled as follows: if the new product is less expensive, Sports World SA will refund the price difference within 7 business days. If the new product is more expensive, the customer is required to pay the price difference using an accepted payment method.
